Provide honest and competent service and repairs
Satisfy the customer every time
Permission to do the job before the work is done, we will diagnose the problem & call for authorization before proceeding with necessary service and/or repairs
Your repair bill will not exceed authorized amount without your expressed approval
All vehicles in for repair are road tested before delivery
All replacement parts meet or exceed original manufacture's specifications
All parts & labor guaranteed for at least 1 year or 12,000 miles except as noted on the repair order
Recommended repairs not performed will be noted for your review
